TASKS:
Business:
- Proposing subscription development programs, revenue for the service
- Monitoring daily data, checking regularly services to make timely adjustments
- Researching, seeking cooperation opportunities to provide new services suitable to the market
- Updating, adjusting contents and policies related to services in accordance with the regulations of the State management agencies, and the Telcos
Marketing/ Promotion:
- Updating contents on the communication channels of the Company
- Following marketing plans and making report
- Monitoring, evaluating and promptly adjusting communication channels/contents to ensure effective implementation
Customer services:
- Updating information of promotion programs, customer care programs on media channels and awarding (if any)
- Receiving and handling customer feedbacks related to services via email and phone
- Working closely with telco partners to update information, making report, feedback them on time.
Others:
- Coordinating with other departments to improve services, communication activities
- Drafting documents to ensure the deployment of business, promotion and communication activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Good English is preferred
- Good communication skills, able to advise and persuade customers
- Knowledge of value- added telecommunication services is plus
- Working under pressure
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing
- At least 3- 5 years of working experience in Key Account position
