Key Account Executive

Sales Contract

Keep and monitor Sales contract&039;s budget for MT South team and consolidate from MT North
Get approval for signing all MT South contracts.
Responsible for establishing Sales contracts with supermarket chains

Pricing and Listing update

Regularly update listing situation to relevant departments
Take samples, documents from Marketing, QC, pricing letter … then send to relevant teams.
Do listing for assigned customers
Get space for assigned customers that have plannogram

Activation and Launching

Make the whole plan for any Activation, Launch for MT Team (Lead MT South and take consolidate plan for MT North)
Control the budget and monitor the plan, cascade to team

Promotion

Evaluate the scheme after finishing
Make the whole plan for any Promotions for MT Team (Lead MT South and take consolidate plan for MT North)
Deal with buyer for assigned customers
Control the budget and monitor the plan, cascade to team

Rental Contract

Deal with buyer for assigned customers
Keep and monitor the budget

Internal Contact

Align with Logistic for preparing promotion stock
Contact Marketing team for all relevant activities
Align with MT North team for planning tasks
Align with Purchasing for buying promotion gift
Align with Finance team for spending plan

Competent and experienced in dealing with MT buyers and customers
Good at planning and negotiation
Experienced in Trade Marketing is preferred
Computer literacy in MS Office
At least 2 year- experience working in MT field, in a international FMCG company
Proficient in English (Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking)
