We are seeking a talented and experienced Key Account Management Executive to join our growing Band team. In
promotion and partnership with offline vendors- Multi Brand Stores (MBS) as Watsons, Guardian, Hasaki,
this newly created role, you will play a key role in developing and executing our brand visual merchandise,
BeautyBox, Thegioiskinfood, etc.
Job Summary
Key responsibilities:
Key Account Management: (40%):
• Create and execute business plan and trade plan for assigned and proposed to MBS partners that are
consistent with the brand&039;s channel, marketing, and category strategies.
• Responsible for negotiation, barter and manage with offline B2B partners/brand&039;s relationship with

implementation with MBS channels.
• Business management: Handle customer sell- in and sell- thru with proper portfolio to sustain a healthy and
profitable business.
• Do site- check/trade visit to ensure the brand VMDs/POSMs/Stock/Competitors and Market research at
MBS channels.
• Responsible for the accuracy of offline SKU/SOH requirement projections (forecasting).
• Customer P&L: Handle account trade budget and P&L to improve ROI and provide value growth
management
• Contract and terms: Negotiate and set yearly trade terms and scorecard.
Trade Promotion and VMD: (30%):
• Propose idea and execute sales promotion plan for each offline chains to drive revenue and operation
profit growth based on sales target.
• Execute production and operation the VMD, bundling, POG at POS to improve brand awareness and
business performance.
• Follow- up operation works, solve issues (stock availability, deliveries, credit notes) to ensure achievement
f sales objectives in assigned accounts.
• In- store execution management and brand image: Ensure consistent brand standards especially in areas of

Internal Coordination and Budget Management (30%):
• Handle account trade budget and P&L to improve ROI and provide value growth management.
• Assist in developing the annual A&P budget, set volume targets per channel and and deliver assigned sales

• Submit estimations of budget required to reach such targets and control implementation of approved
budget.
