This role requires a deep understanding of the Beauty industry, exceptional sales and marketing skills, and a proven track record in key account management for offline beauty chains.
Obtaining key campaign (Ref. Store Anniversary/Double day/Back to the School and so on) experiences with the channels mentioned above are preferred.
Building strong relationships with key clients, maximizing sales promotion plan, and driving business growth in MBS Channel.
Principal Accountabilities
Key Account Management (60%)
Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as Marketing and Logistics, to develop tailored solutions for key clients.
Develop account- specific strategies and initiatives to drive sales growth and maximize revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the MBS Channel, serving as their primary point of contact. Develop an in- depth understanding of their business needs, objectives, and challenges.
Handle customer sell- in and sell- thru with proper portfolio to sustain a healthy and profitable business.
Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with key clients, including pricing, promotions, and trade agreements. Manage contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Do site- check/trade visit to ensure the brand VMDs/POSMs/Stock/Competitors and Market research at MBS channels
Promotion Planning & Execution (40%)
Propose idea and execute sales promotion plan for each offline chains to drive revenue and operation profit growth based on sales target.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Conduct regular market analysis and provide insights to internal stakeholders. Identify opportunities for growth and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to develop effective promotional activities and merchandising plans.
