Account Management Executive
Location: Thanh My Loi ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City
Schedule: 9am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday

We are driven to empower patients, building products that make healthcare easy for patients and providers, delivering the modern healthcare experience they deserve. Founded by two Harvard grads in 2020 and backed by top global investors, we are looking to expand our team here in Ho Chi Minh City.
The mission for this role is to ensure a fantastic onboarding experience for new customers (doctors, clinics, and hospitals) and continued training and engagement of our existing customers. The Account Manager will also contribute to revenue growth by upselling customers on our products.
What you will do:
- CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND ENGAGEMENT: Achieve high customer satisfaction scores following new partner onboarding and continued communication initiatives. Work with other teams to continuously improve our processes.
- CUSTOMER RETENTION: Achieve high contract renewal rate by ensuring excellent communication and expectations set with partners.
- UPSELLING: Grow revenue from B2B upsells.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of professional experience in a sales or account management role in any industry. Healthcare experience highly valued
- University degree in any field required
- Professional selling and/or upselling experience
- Presentation & training skills
- Experience using a CRM system
- Conversational English skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Vietnamese
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Proactive and takes initiative
- Coachable and open to learning
