Yes4All is one of the leading brands for home sporting goods & furniture in the e- commerce market. Founded in 2010, we have strived to be in the top 1% retailers on Amazon US. Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have more than 250 young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e- commerce industry.
We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only Amazon‘s sporting goods market but also to enter new e- commerce markets from many regions like Canada, Europe, Japan. Besides, Home sporting goods, Furniture, Outdoor and Gardening are also great opportunities that we desire to occupy and create significant values. With our steady knowledge in E- commerce, Yes4All started to provide end- to- end ecommerce- enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new clients. Collaborating with various internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
Communicating with client to ensure that the services values are well explained and all client’s needs are understood and addressed

Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs
Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires. Preventing additional issues by improving processes.
Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
Identify upsell, cross- sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the leadership team regularly
Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher- ups within the organization
Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services. Contribute to continuously improving the company‘s services.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

Demonstrate a general understanding in all aspects of supplier- client relationship management including market research, supply chain operations, digital marketing and sales.
Preferably from platform(s) and/or managing a brand‘s eCommerce business. Advanced knowledge and understanding of the eCommerce industry/ technology/ market/ competitors/ clients would be a plus.
Good communication in both English and Vietnamese.
Excellence in Emotional intelligence, social and listening skills. Exceptional negotiation, communications, presentation and problem- solving skills.
Experience in writing SOP or work instruction is a plus.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Bachelor‘s degree in business or economics relating fields. Around 3- 5 years of related experience.
Adaptability, Quick learner on technology.
