Main Duties
• Interacting with clients on a regular basis to build rapport, identifying needs, and closing deals
• Identifying key clients and keeping up- to- date records (contact, data, projects…) of all current and prospective clients, new sales opportunities, and generating interest in products or services
• Preparing and presenting sales presentations and reports
• Collaborating with other departments for co- sale and delivering activities.
• Assisting in the identification of potential clients for the domestics OR international market
• Developing and maintaining positive and long- lasting client relationships that address their needs
• Negotiating pricing, quotations, sales terms and conditions with clients
• Reaching out to the established client database through various communication channels such as cold calling
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets within the set deadlines
• Promptly submitting clients&039; purchase orders to the relevant department for processing
Compliance
• Working closely with various teams in factory such as production, QA, logistic teams, etc. to ensure customer requirements are met on a timely basis.
• Providing timely feedback to the sales manager in domestics or international sales performance
• Maintaining accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports, and weekly prices in order to informing/getting approval from sales department and various product groups
• Maintaining contact with all customers in the domestic and international market areas to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Communication and Reporting
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and business codes of conduct and ensuring that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
• Complying with contract/PO policy
• Proactively supporting company compliance with Health and Safety legislation.
• Ensuring that all business activity is conducted in an ethical manner.
