We are seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager (KA Manager) for the South SOHO region, with a primary focus on managing key accounts such as TGDD, CELLPHONES, PHONG VU, and other potential partners. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in managing key accounts within the mobile phone vendor industry. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive sales growth while maintaining strong relationships with partners.
Responsibilities:
Key Account Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the South SOHO region.
Drive sales turnover and growth within assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Manage display share and visibility at assigned accounts.
Monitor account spending and profitability, ensuring it meets target limits.
Sales Opportunity Development:
Develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key accounts to increase sales.
Work closely with Product Managers and Marketing teams to plan and execute sales strategies.
Identify sales opportunities through competitor and market analysis.
Conduct regular market visits to evaluate performance and provide feedback to the team.
Inventory and Sales Policy Management:
Implement sales policies to achieve sales targets and maintain profitability.
Manage inventory levels at customer warehouses to ensure availability.
Forecast accurately based on historical performance data and customer target plans.
Customer Care and Support:
Maintain regular communication with key accounts, addressing concerns and providing solutions promptly.
Provide training and support to sales staff (PB / PG) in the region.
Evaluate and provide development opportunities for sales staff.
Organize events and promotions to attract customers at the point of sale, supporting agents as needed.
Market Monitoring and Response:
Monitor market changes and promptly respond with appropriate strategies.
Address warranty, pricing, policy, and proposal issues to support sales efforts.
