KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (HORECA)

Expansion: Explore and pursue opportunities for expansion and growth within existing key accounts.
Customer Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.
As a Key Account Manager, you&039;ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with Ly Gia Vien&039;s most valuable customers. You&039;ll develop a deep understanding of their needs, create strategic account plans, and serve as their primary point of contact. Your ability to build trust, deliver exceptional service, and drive revenue growth will be critical to your success.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
Upselling & Cross- Selling: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross- sell additional products and services to key accounts.
Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans that outline goals, strategies, and tactics for maximizing revenue and profitability.
Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long- term relationships with key accounts, building trust and rapport with decision- makers.

Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Excellent communication. Strong relationship- building, and problem- solving skills
Proven 3+ years of experience in Sales or Account management, preferably in the food service industry
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software
