ABOUT THE JOB: The Key Account Manager – MT Channel (International Market) plays a pivotal role in expanding Vinamilk’s presence in overseas super/ hypermarket chains. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans, managing relationships with international retail partners, and driving sales performance across key markets. The role collaborates closely with cross- functional teams including Strategic Planning, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal to ensure seamless execution and sustainable growth in the international MT channel.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Planning and Management:
• Develop detailed action plans for customer development, brand development, and market expansion.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans for international supermarket chains to achieve sales and distribution targets.
Implementation and Compliance:
• Collaborate with sales operations to execute marketing and sales support activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability, compliance with export regulations, and timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with display standards, planograms, and effective use of promotional materials.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Trade, Sales, Strategy teams, etc. to execute in- store activations, POSM deployment, and brand visibility campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Ensure alignment with company standards, brand guidelines, and international market requirements.
• Negotiate trade terms, promotional activities, and joint business plans with international accounts.
• Represent Vinamilk in international trade meetings, exhibitions, and customer visits.
• Build and maintain good relationships with supermarket management and partners.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the Director of Strategic Planning to support decision- making.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Budget and Resource Management:
• Assist in monitoring and optimizing the use of budgets and resources.
• Manage risks to achieve overall objectives related to revenue, market share, distribution, and product visibility.
