As Key Account Manager, you will represent our brand for the retail channel and work daily with our key customers (cosmetics, e- commerce and any important customers). Beside that, you&039;ll visit and develop the sales of our brand. Follow and implement our marketing campaign by using the tools and materials defined by the marketing department (product, speech, promotion program, event, assortment, display). Coordinate with the customers and the company the good implementation of the marketing campaign. Respect the company policy and make sure our retailers respect it. Develop the relationship with the customers and the staff and your customers portfolio. Coordinate our Beauty Advisor team.
Scope of Responsibilities
Sales:
Plan and visit your customers daily.
Follow the referencing of the products (amount of SKU sold by the customer).
Implement the sales support provided by the company (promotion, samples, combo, merchandising…)
Take purchase orders from customers.
Increase sell in and sell out.
Increase the visibility of the brand.
Follow the sales performance of your customers in order to advise them.
Make sure that our retailers respect our policy.
Negotiate deals with customers.
Look and find new customers.
Prepare the visit in order to have a successful sales and good marketing campaign implementation.
Training:
Give to retailers the training document produced by the company.
Keep customers motivated to advise our products.
Advise and plan express training at the end of the visit.
Help to coordinate class training or group discussion between the company and the customers.
Train customers on our products and brand to develop the advice.
Merchandising:
Make sure that the product&039;s presentation is respected.
Follow and implement our planogram and merchandising policy at each visit.
Set merchandising tools produced by the marketing department in the store.
Set display to increase the visibility in stores.
Marketing:
Respect and follow the brand image and speech.
Take part in the development of the brand image.
Follow the marketing Campaign prepared by the company.
Introduce to your customers and implement the marketing campaign.
Use the tools provided by the company.
Reporting:
Report essential information from the market and the competitors.
Report the field activities and the information collected on the field (visit, customers, sales).
Event:
Support team in the coordination of events.
Negotiate and implement events and activities with your customers (group discussion, sales event).
People:
Train and coach BA team on field about product, brand DNA, selling skill, advising skill, …
Build a high- performance BA team.
Make sure the execution of BA in store as per the company’s regulation.
Support BA team on the job site to hit the company’s objectives.
Other:
Other tasks from the company if any.
