The job purpose is to:
• Connect between internal and external for excellence in execution
• Act as brand/product communicator in SP activities executed at customers.
• Deliver winning relationship and performance for specific KA customers.
* KEY RESULTS- ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Manage and operate customer- based activities as well as regional- based ones as assigned.
• Execute customer plan, accountable for all customer’s KPIs in assigned accounts.
• POC for daily customer operation and relationship with assigned KAs
• JBP with assigned customers, key player in driving customer plan or provide insightful inputs.
• Monitor and report performance results.
• Present and communicate about SP brands in SA engagement activities organized for customers.
• Take charge of customer demand forecast and follow- up with supply plan to deliver sales plan.
• Obtain solid customer’s understanding, local/regional insight, market intelligence.

• MKT, SC, Medical, BOSD, FBP, KA Operation, Sales, EBI
EXTERNAL
• Customers (KOLs, HCPs, Operational Lead, Management and Operational team), Distributors.

* SKILLS, EXEPRIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:
• Experienced in Pharma/Vx industry as senior MR or DM/AM role.
• Good field supervisory and coaching skill.
• Result orientated.
• Medical background is required (Pharmacist University Degree or Medical doctor)
• Good selling & influencing skills
• Priority setting and problem- solving skills.
• Good analytical skills and business acumen.
• Good Vx Product knowledge and Presentation
