Sales Management:
Manage and update sales opportunity to exceed quarterly and annual plan.
Update CRM at regular intervals, ensuring the information is up to date to bring awareness of business issues/situation
Interacting collaboratively with other local and global team members.
Assist customers with enquires and problems e.g. update/supply information, drive complaints resolutions, etc.
Learn and apply new product knowledge to enhance sales and personal professionalism.
Determine sales potential from new and existing customers through inquiry, observation, and periodical market research.
Makes regular sales forecasts, gap analysis and develop and implement improvement plans
Acquire in depth knowledge of the assigned segment including market trends, competition activities and provide strategic insights to the management on a regular basis.
Visit job sites as needed to measure or provide customer consultation and services
Develop and generate business growth within a targeted industry segment in alignment to overall strategic growth plans.
Technical consultancy and communication with customers in cooperation with Application Engineers.
Utilize CRM system on account planning, customer enquiries, customer visits etc.
Prepare and conduct sales presentations of products to new and existing customers.
Gather competitive information and other market information regularly
Seeks and prospects for large strategic customer.
Management of indirect sales channels relationships and ensure alignment to growth strategy
Providing VoC (Voice of Customers) for product review and evaluation of product competitiveness and input for product development
Customer Service:
Maintain and improve customer relationships and satisfaction
Communicate to the customer care department on quotation preparation and track unexpected increases or decreases in demand for products
Increase accounts WIN rates through active prospecting and qualifying new accounts through the use of consultative selling skills
Determine customer requirements, expectations, and uncovering customer pain- points to provide the best value proposition and product.
Negotiate and establish pricing and terms according to company’s requirements for customer and transaction profitability
Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction
Provide an exceptional level of customer service.
Training:
Remain current on product and industry knowledge by attending sales meetings, online trainings, trade shows, or reading trade journals
Present information and training on features, benefits, and technical aspects of the company’s product to customers
Maintain Professionalism:
Uphold the company core values and be ethical in practices
Follow company policies and procedures
Practice honesty and integrity in customer and vendor relations
Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors
