Main purpose of the role:
- Responsible for promoting the complete SKF portfolio at selected Key Accounts locally/regionally.
- To profitably secure and develop our business through Key Account customers in Vietnam by maximizing customer value, developing, and implementing SKF strategy for KA.
- Drive sales in focus key segment and North territory in Vietnam.
- Acts as the SKF ambassador who is building relations and continuously creating new adequate contacts at her/his accounts, with a main focus on highest possible level.
Reporting Relationships
- Reporting to Head of Territory North and Regional Key Account Manager
Key responsibilities:
- Acts as the contact towards the market for developing new concept/ new offers in the area of SKF knowledge in close relation with SKF segment organization.
- To profitably grow our market by maximizing Key Account satisfaction through offering value added products, services and integrated solutions
- Share knowledge, learnings, and success cases across the organization
- Handle performance and conformance complaints in accordance with quality procedures.
- Is responsible for promoting the complete SKF portfolio at selected Key Accounts locally/regionally.
- Implement improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Acts as the SKF ambassador who is building relations and continuously creating new adequate contacts at her/his accounts, with a main focus on highest possible level.
- Establishes long term growth strategy at her/his accounts in coordination with VN Sales team and organises sales and marketing activities accordingly.
- Identify new and existing customer needs, providing solutions, introducing new products, and drafting quotes for project sales.
- Be updated on technologies, products, and services available within the SKF organization as well as from SKF partners related to his/her areas.
- Collect and analyze customer market development, future business and trends as well as competition.
- Acts as the SKF speaking partner to the customer.
- Is committed to grow SKF business and profit according to agreed plan.
- Build up good and long-term relationships with customers, understanding and knowing their needs, machines, development life cycles and market trends.
- Drive and maintain a sound and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders (Territory sales, Customer Service, distributors, Application Engineering, Global Key Account Managers etc)
- Be a speaking partner for high level decision makers at major Key Account customers.
- Negotiate corporate contracts and projects in coordination with local sales team and global Key Account Managers.
- Ensure effective sales process with Sales Excellence approach and efficient utilization and allocation of resources.
