Key Account Management Senior Executive
Scope of work:

Supporting sales teams to improve their performance and reach targets.
Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.
Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions per project.
Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio.
Providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes.
Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.
Following up on leads and winning new clients.
Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships.

At least 2 years of related experience in marketing/sales/proposals
Function well in a fast- paced, team- focused environment where constant change is the norm and the bar for quality is set high
Willingness to travel nationally
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Treats people with respect; keeps commitments; inspires the trust of others; works ethically and with integrity; upholds organizational values
Bachelor’s degree
Great ability to prioritize and manage schedules
Detail- orientation with superb organizational skills and strong follow- through
A persistent, positive attitude to a problem- solving and a proactive approach to tasks
