​Ensure that all departmental reports and forms are completed accurately and punctually.
​You personalize interactions within the service process, aiming to make each visit Regent Kids as memorable and unique as possible.
​Handle customer complaints effectively or reports them to supervisor.
​Ensure safety standards are followed in each activities
​To maintain the materials of Kids Club in good condition and to ensure its proper use
​To create an educational/fun/friendly/unforgettable experience and atmosphere for the children
​To prepare the Regent Kids activities for the children and ensuring set ups conform to the departmental standards
​Provide activities information, sell, and upsell Activities to enhance guest experiences at every opportunities to kids parent
​Assist and performance additional task given by Supervisor/Assistant/Manager​
​To participate in decoration of installations, stage as required
​Carry out specific activity programs as required.
​To provide assistance, advice and instruction for kids regarding all related outlet activities including correct use of equipment
​Arrive on time in full uniform in accordance with the company grooming and hygiene guidelines.
​​You make guests feel welcome by always warmly greeting them and engaging guests through meaningful interaction, while also knowing when to be discreet.
​Provide assistance with other activities or events.
​Enthusiastic about learning new skills and activities for kids
​Contribute to the morale and team spirit of the resort by maintaining effective relationships with your colleagues.
​Participate and cooperate in social and cultural activities as required.
​To make sure of the safety before commencing any activities and ensuring that disclaimers are signed by their parent before access to Regent Kids
​To ensure that guest expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service
​Keep a professional working manner at all times.
​Participate in training as required.

​Language: Good communication in English​​
​Qualifications: High school or above
​Experience: Prefer staff have been working as kid club attendant in 4 or 5 stars international hotel.
