 Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety.

 Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
 Perform Kids Club services using safe professional techniques.
Operational
 Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Other Duties
 Set for appointment on time and provide services in a timely manner.
 Performs all Camp services in a timely and professional manner as per the set standards.
 Ensure that all customers&039; needs with regards to spa services are attended to promptly and efficiently by having a continual surveillance of the respective areas in the Kids Club.
 Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
 Maintains close scrutiny and stock check of all treatment supplies and to advise the Team Leader/ Assistant Manager when stock needs reordering.
 Maintain neat and orderly work area consistent with high standards of facility.
 Supports the implementation of The People Philosophy, demonstrating and reinforcing Hyatt’s Values and Culture Characteristics.
 Responds to any changes in the Kids Club function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
 Assists with promoting new treatment and services.
 Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.

Deep understanding of service standards aligned with Park Hyatt and Forbes Travel Guide.
Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Vui chơi Giải trí, ưu tiên trong môi trường khách sạn/nhà hàng cao cấp.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English (additional languages advantageous).
Kỹ năng hướng dẫn, đào tạo (coaching) và giao tiếp tốt.
Strong facilitation and coaching, communication skills.
Hiểu biết sâu sắc về tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ phù hợp với Park Hyatt và Forbes Travel Guide.
Yêu cầu tối thiểu
Minimum requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Recreation, preferably within luxury hospitality.
