• To provide high quality details architecture drawings with customized items from our Clients from Australia, by using REVIT software.
• Cung cấp bản vẽ kiến trúc chi tiết chất lượng cao với các mục tùy chỉnh từ Khách hàng Úc, bằng cách sử dụng phần mềm REVIT or ARCHICAD.
• Develop and manage detailed architectural documentation using Revit software.
• Phát triển và quản lý tài liệu kiến trúc chi tiết bằng phần mềm Revit hoặc Archicad.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of construction documents.
• Phối hợp với các nhóm dự án để đảm bảo giao tài liệu xây dựng chính xác và kịp thời.
• Create and maintain Revit models, ensuring they are up- to- date and reflect design changes.
• Tạo và duy trì các mô hình Revit, đảm bảo chúng được cập nhật và phản ánh các thay đổi về thiết kế.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (MEP, structural, etc.) to integrate their models into the architectural design.
• Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác (MEP, kết cấu, v.v.) để tích hợp các mô hình của họ vào thiết kế kiến trúc.
• Conduct quality control checks on documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

• Assist in the preparation of project specifications and schedules.

• Perform duties assigned by Architectural Team Leader/ Project Manager

• Ensure drawings compliant with building code, guidelines, on schedule
• Hoàn thành các dự án được giao tuân thủ đúng quy tắc, hướng dẫn xây dựng và đúng tiến độ
• Support colleagues to complete tasks when required
