PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
Assist in coordinating daily kitchen administration tasks, ensuring smooth documentation flow and effective communication within departments.
Perform duties in a courteous, organized, and efficient manner, following the hotel’s policies and procedures.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Kitchen and Food & Beverage team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain confidentiality of all kitchen and Food & Beverage related documents and information.
Provide basic administrative support including:
Answering phone calls and taking messages
Scheduling meetings and organizing appointments when required
Preparing and typing documents, reports, and correspondence
Maintain proper filing systems (both digital and physical) for kitchen documents, reports, and records.
Support in coordinating restaurant reservations or guest- related administrative requests when required.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by Kitchen Management or Hotel Management
Assist in handling administrative support for kitchen activities, events, or special functions when required.
Assist in liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Support coordination with the Human Resources department for basic documentation related to kitchen team members when required.
Support co- workers and contribute to a positive working environment.
Follow all company policies and procedures, maintain professional appearance, and protect company information.
Follow up with different departments to ensure timely submission of documents and reports related to kitchen operations.
Handle administrative tasks with attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Support in compiling and organizing reports for the Kitchen or F&B team as assigned.
Build positive working relationships with team members and support teamwork within the kitchen and F&B team.
Comply with workplace health & safety regulations and company standards.
Demonstrate service mindset and support team in delivering smooth internal service operations.
Support menu typing, formatting, and updating documents for kitchen and F&B outlets.
Assist in preparing basic responses or documentation related to internal and guest feedback, under supervision.
Assist in preparing and organizing administrative documents for kitchen operations (e.g. purchase requests, internal forms, filing records).
Ensure all office supplies and basic administrative tools for the kitchen are well organized.
