About the role
We seek a talented KOL Content Creator to join our dynamic Marketing team at DR.LEO Vietnam. In this full- time role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our influencer marketing strategy and executing successful campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement with our target audience.
What you&039;ll be doing
Identifying and vetting the most relevant KOLs (both macro and micro- influencers) to collaborate with different social media platforms
Developing compelling influencer campaign concepts and content strategies
Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, providing insights to optimize future initiatives
Coordinating logistics and content production for influencer collaborations
Staying up- to- date with the latest influencer marketing trends and best practices
Supporting the broader Marketing team with other brand- building activities as needed
Negotiating influencer contracts and managing ongoing relationships with KOLs
What we&039;re looking for
Passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry and staying up- to- date with market trends
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills to effectively work with KOLs
Excellent knowledge of the social media landscape and deep understanding of key influencer platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
Excellent communication and presentation skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners
Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting to measure and optimize campaign impact
Minimum 6 months of experience in influencer marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution
Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative campaign ideas
