Brancher.X Vietnam (former Havas Vietnam) – one of the fastest- growing Media Agencies, is looking for a talented KOL Management Specialist.
- Working location: 369B- 369C Le Quang Dinh Street, Networld Asia Building, 05 Ward, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City
- Working time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM- 6:00 PM (including 1,5 hours for lunch break)
We are seeking an experienced and strategic KOL Management Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing relationships with KOLs and Influencers to create effective advertising campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Monitor and evaluate the performance of KOLs during campaigns to ensure deliverables are met and quality standards are maintained.
Negotiate terms, including pricing, deliverables, and commissions with KOLs to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Develop and nurture relationships with KOLs to establish a strong network for campaigns execution.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of KOL activities into broader campaign strategies.
Identify potential KOLs who fit the brand profiles and campaign goals of our clients.
Handle the contract process from initial negotiation through to execution, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging KOLs to keep strategies relevant and effective.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in English.
Proven experience in KOL or influencer management within an advertising agency or similar environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
Strong logical thinking and problem- solving abilities.
At least 3 years of experience performing as the same role in agencies;
Exceptional management skills, including the ability to oversee multiple projects and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Strong skills in negotiation and contract management, with a demonstrated track record of successful deal- making.
