KOL Specialist

Job responsibilities:
Responsible for writing short video scripts and giving evaluations and modification suggestions to the materials fed back by KOLs;
Review video data, regularly output analysis reports, and formulate optimization plans.
Rating the quality of materials, screening high- quality materials for delivery to pitchers;
Good at tracking Tiktok hot spots, analyzing the hot spots of popular videos, and integrating short video creative plans;
According to the characteristics of the company&039;s products, combined with the cultural characteristics of the short video community in the target country, analyze the advantages of KOLs, combine the product selling points to create creative plans for KOL short videos, and ensure the achievement of various data indicators such as exposure, consumption, and ROI;

Job requirements:
Fluent in spoken English, English can be used as a working language
Bachelor degree or above, with more than 1 year of relevant work experience in planning and directing short videos on Douyin, Xiaohongshu, and Tiktok, and those with beauty and skin care categories or experience in making popular materials are preferred;
Familiar with the Tiktok platform, Southeast Asian market, and proficient in Vietnamese
Extroverted personality, strong communication, collaboration and promotion capabilities
