Job Description
We are looking for a Korean Culture Instructor with extensive experience working with Korean professionals to deliver an engaging and practical training program for our corporate client.
The instructor will:
Design and conduct
a training course covering the following topics:
Building Relationships in the Workplace – including dining etiquette and professional social behavior.
Effective Communication and Overcoming Cultural Differences – including business etiquette and communication norms.
Characteristics of Korean People – personality, work style, and cultural values.
Prepare training materials, case studies, and interactive activities.
Deliver lessons that are dynamic, practical, and relevant to a corporate working environment.
Requirements
Background in corporate training, HR, or cross- cultural communication is a plus.
Able to independently design and conduct training sessions.
Strong understanding of Korean business culture and workplace etiquette.
Excellent presentation and teaching skills, with the ability to connect concepts to real- life corporate settings.
Extensive experience working with Korean individuals or organizations (the longer, the better).
