Korean-English Translator

ArctX LLC is a global IT Solution provider Company that is seeking a Korean- English Translator to join our team in the Hanoi office.

Translator responsibilities include reading and thoroughly understanding the context of given material, using specialized dictionaries and translation tools.

Proofread translated texts for grammar, spelling, and punctuation accuracy
Read given material and research industry- specific terminology
Provide accurate translations of texts
Liaise with colleagues to ensure that translations are true to the original meaning
Provide quality assurance for the translation process
Attend meetings to translate/interpret discussions

Ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of the translation process, terminology, and localization techniques
Attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in communication, Korean- Vietnamese or English Interpretation and Translation, linguistics and related major will be fine
Ability to multitask
3+ years of proven work experience as a Translator, Interpreter, or similar role
Ability to identify grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
Excellent proofreading skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Time- management skills
