Korean - English Translator

ArctX LLC is a global IT Solution provider Company that is seeking a Korean- English Translator to join our team in the Hanoi office.

Translator responsibilities include reading and thoroughly understanding the context of given material, using specialized dictionaries and translation tools.To ensure a smooth application review process, please send your CV in English.

- Proofread translated texts for grammar, spelling, and punctuation accuracy
- Attend meetings to translate/interpret discussions
- Liaise with colleagues to ensure that translations are true to the original meaning
- Read given material and research industry- specific terminology
- Provide accurate translations of texts
- Provide quality assurance for the translation process

- Ability to identify grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Time- management skills
- 2+ years of proven work experience as a Translator, Interpreter, or similar role
- Knowledge of the translation process, terminology, and localization techniques
- Excellent proofreading skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, Korean- Vietnamese or English Interpretation and Translation, linguistics and related major will be fine
