Korean Guest Relations Officer

Works closely with other departments in the hotel to achieve and maintain the highest standards of service to our guests.
Be available for translation in written (Korean- English) when required.
Comply with other request from hierarchical supervisor(s) in a timely manner, and other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels.
Create and maintain close relationship with guests especially Korean guests prior to arrival, during stay and even post stay.
Be especially attentive to repeat Korean guest and other VIP Korean guests.
Work closely with Housekeeping and ensure that all Korean/VIPs/Special attention guests’ rooms are carefully inspected. GRO are required to conduct cross room inspections for Korean/VIPs’ rooms and ensure that all amenities and guests’ preferences are arranged prior arrival.
Attend to guest complaints, especially Korean/VIPs/Special attention guests and ensure that they are resolved to the guests’ satisfaction. Refer to Managers on duty if guests’ satisfactions are not met.
Act as a direct coordinator for all Korean customers staying at L7 West Lake Hanoi by Lotte.
Assign rooms for incoming Korean/VIP/Special attention guests according to room rates and guests’ preferences.
Handle emails, messages, guests’ special requests and provide personalized concierge service to Korean guests.
Provide personalized Check- in/check- out service to guests adhere to hotel procedure.
Familiarize with all room types, packages, room rates, operating hours, types of F&B outlets, etc. that would be required for the performance of the daily job functions.
Familiarize with hotel’s emergency procedures and policies in order to play an active role in the event of an emergency.
Play the role of a host by welcoming Korean/VIPs/Special attention guests, especially Korean guests.
Write the welcome cards in Korean (if any)

• Education: Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field preferred.
• Experience: Experience at a luxury hotel experience is preferred.
