[Korean Native] Guest Relations Manager

pMain Duties
- Contact, observe and take care of customers during the time guests play.
- Receive information, inquiries... from customers. Quickly communicate customer opinions and complaints to relevant departments to solve problems and make appropriate adjustments.
- Manage Entertainment Place in 5 stars hotel in Vietnam
- Work with Taiwanese, Chinese, Korean and Japanese managers Responsibilities- Greet guests on arrival and see them off.
- Monitor the camera to capture the situation of guests in the lobby and staff during the shift to ensure the club operates efficiently. Remind employees when they see them making mistakes that affect customers./p
- Acting as the link between Vietnamese staff and Korean guests, supporting Korean translation for staff when problems/problems occur due to customers not knowing English.
- Introduce guests to the club&039;s services and promotions.

pQualifications
- Who can demonstrate the hospitality mind with high motivation
- English skill(for communication with the staff and guests)
- Under 35 years old
- Having the strong challenge spirit and vitality.(Regardless of educational background)
- If you have Japanese Language skill would be an advantage Salary and
- Able to work at night time
