Daily task:
Handle the correspondences with external parties
Handle Visitor Pass for VIP guest
Supporting Manager and Ass. Manager in Planning and Business Development Department
Support and Coordinate of pre- screen for any responses, data and communications
Supporting GA department fulfill daily needs of company
Ensure all incoming and outgoing files will be in the correct administration system
Ensure day- to day activity in proper manner.
Weekly task:
Finding data to related institution
Report all Schedules, activity and confirms appointments
Supporting Warehouse take care BC 23 documents
Monthly task
Handle reimbursements of BOD
Make relationship with Lounge in airport and other duty free shop
Negotiate with institution related to LDF
Maintain relationship with Immigration and Custom.
Conduct an audit office equipment, which needed and which ones do not need or the addition of equipment and office facilities
Handle some of company’s legality document
Handle the arrival of head quarter from Korea
Act as a liaison to forward information to company relation
Arrange meeting with other institution

Education and Experience Requirements:
• Good knowledge of Duty Free Fields
• Strong communications skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Have knowledge of Logistics, …
- Critical Skills: Expert in Korean translating, interpreting , multilingual speaking ability in English, Japanese, Mandarin or Russian preferred
- Educational Requirements: Korean Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of progressively responsible and directly related to translating for planning and sales event experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
- Work Experience: 3- 5 years translating, interpreting experience, including direct co- work in sales, planning.
