Senior Digital Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for generating leads for the assigned brands, including but not limited to KUBO Nano, KUBO Premium, etc.
Digital Marketing & Performance – 70%
Directly execute or coordinate and control the activities of the online advertising company (digital agency) to optimize advertising costs and ensure effectiveness, responsible for bringing in enough potential customers (leads) as well as awareness (awareness), engagement (engagement) according to the needs of sales and brand development of the brand.
Regularly update new online marketing trends in the Vietnamese market as well as the foreign market to propose innovations and applications for the brand.
Perform regular analysis and reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, annual) on the online marketing activities of competitors.
Propose, execute, and be responsible for the advertising plan and content (performance content calendar) to optimize the effectiveness and cost of online advertising campaigns (Branding & Performance Marketing Optimization). Can coordinate with the in- house marketing team (Brand Communication, Designer, etc.).
Perform regular analysis and reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, annual) on the effectiveness of the approved online marketing program and draw lessons as well as propose ways to improve the effectiveness of the program.
Propose, execute, and be responsible for the digital marketing strategy, tactics, and plan for assigned brands to achieve revenue and brand development goals with direct management and execute the approved items, including but not limited to Social Media (Facebook Ads, Zalo Ads, Tiktok Ads, …), SEO, SEM, etc.
Regularly update customer behavior trends on online marketing channels.
Directly create advertising videos/internal videos (Video editing) based on available video/image sources or produce new ones with the outside production team (Production house / agency / …).
Customer relationship management (CRM) – 20%
Conduct regular customer data analysis, reporting, and propose CRM activities to optimize sales revenue.
Implement CRM activities that have been approved on schedule and budget to achieve the set goals.
Collaborate with agency partners to build and maintain an effective CRM system for the brand.
Customer Experience –20%
Advise and assist customers with online table reservations and birthday parties. Call to confirm table reservation/birthday party within 24 hours of order generation.
Answer all customer inquiries warmly and friendly on social media pages (Facebook, Tiktok, Zalo, ...) and KUBO hotline (during working hours, outside working hours, and weekends).
Other Tasks – 10%
Go to the market or survey customers as instructed by the direct manager.
Search and manage online advertising companies (digital agencies).
Support the in- house marketing team in implementing events and marketing campaigns for the brand (outside of working hours and weekends).
Perform paperwork related to online advertising activities (proposals, contracts, payments, acceptance, etc.)
Other tasks as required by the job and as assigned by the direct manager.
