We are looking for a
is a software development company based in Ho Chi Minh City that works on digital transformation projects from many clients across Asia, mainly from Japan.
Bridge Software Engineer (BrSE) or an experienced IT Comtor
to join us, with the r
esponsibilities below:

Improve Project management skills to become Bridge Project Manager (BPM) in the future.
Help the development team create documents to report, and track the relationship between the customer and the development team.
Join as a bridge for meetings between the project team and client. Create documents related to project development.
Support PM and other BrSE to interact directly with clients in Japan to negotiate and receive project activities.
Support Project Manager’s or Leader&039;s tasks.

MUST HAVE:

At least 1 year of experience in Japanese IT (software/game/product) companies.
Japanese N2 level or higher (Excellent business conversation skills).

BIG PLUS IF YOU HAVE THESE:

Background as a software engineer (in any position) is preferable.
Good self- management, be able to multitask.
Good logical thinking, accurate summary of problems, and good communication skills.
Creative, proactive, and able to work under high pressure.
