Kỹ Sư Điện/ Electrical Service Engineer

The Electrical Service Engineer will complete the installation and commissioning of the GE Jenbacher Gas Engine at customer sites. As the key technical lead for problem solving on the engine at the customer site, the role will be the first line of contact with the customer for problems solving and learning.
*** The Electrical Service Engineer will be trained at the Jenbacher Product Training Center in Asia, Europe.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
•Be responsible for the commissioning of GE Jenbacher Gas Engines at customer site locations.
•Provide assistance to customers, operating staff and other Vam field personnel on the installation.
•Perform troubleshooting activities on site to diagnose problems, determine appropriate resolution and implement corrective actions.
•Resolve technical issues, foster knowledge sharing and help others.
•Explain technical issues in a concise way.
•Act as interface between customer, Vam and GE Jenbacher.
•Provide external and internal reports in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
•Identify and report all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the organization.
•Build a strong customer relationship through a positive, proactive & professional approach.
•Maintain tools and test equipment properly and ensure they’re calibration.
•Prove a strong safety mindset to ensure the executed work reflects the technical requirements along with the GE safety standards.
•Perform others duties as assigned.
