Manufacturing Process Engineer – Connector Assembly
Location: Thang Long I Industrial Park, Hanoi / Thang Long II Industrial Park, Hung Yen

What You’ll Do

Troubleshoot daily production line issues, focusing on material and process problems, to identify solutions and resume operations as quickly as possible.
Receive hands- on training at our flagship factory in Thang Long I IP and/or participate in overseas training to become a master in connector manufacturing·
Manage system control of material specifications, including understanding the impact of material combinations.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing (preferably electronics, SMT, or related industries)
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, JMP, etc.)
Demonstrate basic English communication skills for effective coordination.
Apply basic data analysis skills to identify data abnormalities, production defect trends, and qualified data.
Understand measurement systems and equipment, such as CO (CMM), vision systems, projectors, etc.
Knowledge of machine operation is a plus.
