Project Engineer (Hydraulic)
- Ensure that all involved disciplines are aligned and matching each other in the interface.
- Being the dedicated point of contact for all other interfaces within the project (such as Project management, Purchase, Production, Quality) regarding to the hydraulic matter.
- Develop cost efficient and modularized subsystems, in cooperation with the responsible CoEs/Product Management, which also need to be maintained for a serial production setup.
- Maintains, together with his direct reporting line, the technical scope and makes sure all deliverables are finished within the set time of the project plan.
- Supervise that all (internal, Regulatory and customer) requirements are implemented within the technical design of hydraulic
- Set up the main design, evaluation and dimensioning of hydraulic systems, HPUs, control valves and piping. combined with overall Mechanical and structural design of the scope.
Electricial Engineer
- Work with departments to optimize electrical design, localize products, support other departments in the production process, and find materials to proactively source goods.
- Work on design projects (cranes and lifesaving equipment) including designing, calculating, check, and implement electrical design drawings
- Ensure products manufactured and developed meet international standards and satisfy customer requirements
- Develop cost efficient and modularized subsystems, in cooperation with the responsible CoE which also need to be maintained for a serial production setup.
- Responsible for the electric design and electro- technical architectures for machines and control systems in the maritime or offshore environment.
- Prepare bill of materials (BOM) for production.
- Dimensioning of the electric systems, wiring and harness conception, evaluation, and selection of electrical components.
- Participate in improving product quality and increasing labor productivity
- The technical documentation is to be prepared acc. the department procedures (e.g. in E- PLAN).
Boat mechanical design engineer- Engineering Boat
- The mechanical engineer needs to have a good knowledge of the CAD, PLM and ERP system. Work on these system to complete design and link to system.
- The mechanical engineer is responsible for the design of metal structures, components, assemblies, outfitting of boats and preparation of the technical documentation according to technical department procedures, customer requirements and international standards.
- Participate in improving product quality and increasing labor productivity
- Furthermore, it is required to develop cost efficient and modularized subsystems, in cooperation with the responsible CoEs, which also need to be maintained for a serial production setup.
- Also, the capabilities of the internal- and external supplier/production network need to be considered to create cost efficient components.
Davit mechanical design engineer- Engineering Davit
- Participate in improving product quality and increasing labor productivity
- Being the contact person towards the external class society for technical clarifications regarding overall boat performance and justification.
- Design system operating principle drawings, coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to produce production drawings for spreading, Casco, welding and assembly.
- The engineer needs to support the engineering team during a development project from the concept until the prototype testing phase.
- The Naval architect supports the sales and application engineering department during the offering phase for the correct selection of the crane models.
- Work on design projects (Lifeboats, rescue boats, workboats, special boats).
- The role creates stability, speed and performance reports according to the international rules and regulations (EN standards, class societies, etc.)
