Process request Replace equipment (Spare part) from Sales Department (Maintenance Sales- MS).
Receive request for Spare part from MS and make an implementation plan.
Submit technical requirements (TI) according to the process for special circumstances.
Take quote from Mitsubishi system for the Spare part number.
Test request: Number Spare part, number of drawings.
Send quote to MS:
Send TI to Mitsubishi Technical Center for research based on the proposed solution. Technical exchange center for final solution and quotation;
Advice Customer optimal solution;
Test request, Collect historical data;
Establish solution proposal;
Survey works if historical data is not enough (lack of drawings) or collection of practical information related to pit structure. Construction survey report.
Establish technical specifications and drawings for the final solution accepted by the customer.
Receive request for Reconstruction from MS and make an implementation plan;
Research and propose solutions to upgrade the elevator system (Modernization).

Fair at English, good at Reading skill;
Soft skills: Negotiate, problem – solving and logical thinking skill
Education: Bachelor degree in Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics major;
Good at MS Office and Auto Cad 2D;
No experiences required;

International training according to Mitsubishi Elevator Vietnam.
Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance according to Labor Laws and Global Insurance according to Mitsubishi Elevator Vietnam.

13th salary in year, performance review salary twice a years.
