Position Summary
Responsible for reviewing drawings, BOQs, and material specifications, preparing conceptual layouts, and supervising contractors on- site. The role requires strong technical knowledge, site planning skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, especially in areas adjacent to operational facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and oversee on- site works, manage contractors, and coordinate multiple trades.
Review design drawings and prepare conceptual layouts as requested by senior management.
Check quantities, BOQs, and material specifications submitted by contractors.
Present upcoming work plans to stakeholders and senior management.
Provide practical engineering solutions and adjust methods/designs to suit site conditions.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with strong field experience who are comfortable taking ownership of projects, making technical decisions on- site, and supporting a lean construction team will be highly preferred. The role is best suited for engineers who are practical, adaptable, and capable of balancing design, execution, and project coordination responsibilities.

Requirements
Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD for preparing concepts and overall design ideas.
3–5 years of site supervision and contractor management experience.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and codes.
Good communication and presentation skills to coordinate with contractors and report to senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Construction Engineering or related field.
