IN PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL
− Involve tracking non- conforming products, abnormal lot.
− Responsible for maintaining the factory&039;s environmental hygiene and 5S
− Involve in process related quality issue.
− Resolve arising problems, report to engineers to support resolution.
− Make sure the handover between shifts is done well. Problems that arise during a shift need to be clearly recorded so that they are not encountered in the next shift.
− Report works results periodically (daily, weekly, monthly).
− Conduct daily in process quality control to ensure processes standard compliance.
− Participate in training when required.
− Enter test data into files and computer software.
− Take random samples to check, evaluate and maintain product quality on the line.
SUPPORT
− Participate in contributing ideas to accomplish department goals.
− Make sure all the corrective actions are well executed
− Support engineers in implementing improvement projects and solving problems.
− Learn, understand and implement the Company&039;s human resources policies, maintain a positive attitude and work well with colleagues.
− Support QE for customer complaint trouble shooting.
− Complete assigned tasks well when required.

− Intermediate Graduate or College Graduate is strongly preferable
− At least 1 years in this role at international manufacturing company
