People Management
·Trainingof operational teams in line with departmental and individual plans (competencies and skills)
Process Management
·Support Customer & Consumer complain management process
·Quality Control testing and release for all required packaging, auxiliary chemical, microbiological and sensory analysis for starting materials, in process and finished products.
·Perform investigation and root-cause analysis
·Actively participate in Quality investigations and risk assessments
·Monitor, track and ensure legal compliance to the Country legislation
·Ensure immediate escalation to the management team (Having Stop work authority) in case of quality issues – risk for food safety
·Ensure finish products meet all Carlsberg standards and specifications.
Performance Management
·Supports investigating (as needed) quality related consumer/customer complaints.
·Responsible for consistent collection and reporting of key quality metrics including all RFT (Right First Time) measures.
·Ensure Quality KPIs are implicitly understood and managed efficiently at an appropriate level (i.e.: RFT, Market Survey etc.)
·Responsible for managing Quality KPI s at their respective area in line with Site targets
·Proactively participate in Plant PMS meetings/Shift handovers

Supporting
Carlsberg excellence development in the area of responsibility

Education and Experience:
· Engineering, Life Science, Other Technical Programs or Equivalent
· Minimum 1-2 years quality or production experience, preferably in FMCG or Food industry
Language skills:
Fluent in local language (spoken and written)
Fluent in English (preferable)
