1. • Prepare and load raw materials, parts onto the machines
• Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc. Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result
• Setup program for surface grinding machine
• Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
2. • Trouble shooting & problem solving for all related issue of quality, technical, process on shift.
• Troubleshooting to ensure the operation of equipment 
Diagnose, analyse for trouble, error arising on operation
• Report working result to Engineer 
3. • Continue improvement for quality up, productivity up & reduce production cost
• Improving activities to improve ability & performance of equipment, machine
• Analyse issued of part and finding method to improvement.
4. • Equipment, machine management, spare parts control for production 
• Equipment working ability checks as periodically preventive maintenance for both machine & tooling

1. Being good at operation surface grinding machine , ( pass to practice test as Grinder operator)
2. Capable of balancing and mounting grinding wheels on the machine.
3. Capable of flat, step, angles grinding job. Precision tolerance ±0.002
4. Capable of small slot, thin part, 
5. Capable of using measuring instruments in tooling room (Microscope, Profile Projector,).
6. Capable of understanding clearly the operation process and identifying the wheel stone
7. Ability to read mechanical documents and drawings

1. Office hours (8.00am - 17.00pm);
2. Agreement (TOTAL REMUNERATION FOR TOTAL CONTRIBUTION);
