Kỹ Thuật Viên Sản Xuất (Production Technician)

Responsibilities

Performing assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks.
Keeping equipment maintenance logs, as well as maintaining a safe and tidy work environment.
Performing minor repairs and reporting breakdowns in a timely manner.
Updating productivity records and writing incident reports, if relevant.
Adding finishing touches to the appearance of components.
Training and supervising new employees.
Conducting quality checks on the functionality of parts and components.
Collaborating with other departments to complete production orders on time.
Complying with internal policies and industry regulations.
Optimizing production efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings as needed.

Requirements

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Knowledge of production processes in a related automobile industry preferred.
Great communication and collaboration skills.
Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
Working knowledge of computers and office software.
Keen attention to detail and problem- solving techniques.
Extensive experience in performing quality control procedures and meeting production standards.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electric engineering, automobile engineering.
