Lab Supervisor

Quality Standards

Providing the reports to relevant departments and monitor to ensure the suggestions given by the laboratory are applied correctly.
Monitor the performance of testing staff against established SOPs and solve the issues as needed;
Establish document and communicate fabric quality standards to relevant departments;

Customer Certification:

Oversee the process of obtaining and maintaining customer certifications of the Lab;
Report direct for maintaining the proper documentation and following customer testing standards.

Lead and Training

Lead, monitor and evaluate the working ability of test staff.
Provide the necessary training and support to Lab staffs to interpret the materials inspection and test results;

Technical Support: Provide technical advice in dealing with customers on fabric lab test and sub- materials- related issues.
Performance management and Continuous improvement

Keep updated on new technologies, tools, and methods in the market to improve Laboratory’s inspection and testing capabilities. Proactively seek out and adopt continuous improvements.
Oversee the performance summary of the incoming fabric quality submitted by immediate employees and work with the claim team to feedback to the suppliers/ customer;

Skills:Understanding business, communications and influencing, collaboration.
Experience:Over 5years experience, particular inthe Garment manufacturingis preferred;
Education:Bachelor&039;s degree, major: Quality Management, Textile engineering or related;
Language:FluencyinEnglish and/or Chinese;
Knowledge: Lab test, garment manufacturing process, quality control process, pattern review & alteration;
