Lab Supervisor/Technical Team Leader (Hardlines)

Our client is a global testing service company, based in HCM city. We are looking for potential candidate for the position of
Technical Manager or Lab Supervisor/ Team Leasder
who is responsible for mechanical and
physical testing services for Hardlines products (60 % Furniture) and final service delivery of those services to clients,
with details

Qualifying, monitoring and evaluating technical team members
Identify areas for improvement (technical and processes and workflows).
Preparation and/or review (sign / authorize) of reports for release to customers
Development (update), modification, verification and validation of methods (new and existing).
Planning and organizing of resources for project work

Represent Hardlines Team

Detail will be discussed during interview.
Provide technical sales support/join client meetings and other related events (seminars, fairs, association meetings, …)
Carry out other specified duties and related functions as directed by supervisor
Be main contact for technical questions for specific customer (customer care and consultancy)

Mechanical engineering/ wood processing background is an advantage
At least 6 years of Hardlines / Furniture testing and project management experience, at least 3 years of successful team managing experience
Proven management experience
Good command of English and MS office skills
Proven experience and knowledge of Quality Management
Good knowledge of standards, legal, customer and market requirements
Problem solving, decision making and leadership skills
Good &039;people skills&039; for building relationships with colleagues at all levels
Good organizing and planning skills
Responsible attitude and ability to motivate people
Good knowledge of pneumatic, measuring technique, testing control systems
