Lab Technician (Hardline Testing Laboratory)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on- site sampling or testing following requirements
Conduct maintenance and calibration of instruments
Do the other work as assigned by line manager
Prepare and set- up and use of the equipment and machinery involved in the testing process as assigned
Be responsible for all technical and quality aspects of testing activities in the Lab as authorized or assigned by the Laboratory Supervisor
Report to the daily testing activities to Laboratory Supervisor and Lab Manager
Maintain and upkeep laboratory records and documentations
Shift work may be required
Perform furniture- hardline testing and evaluation to ensure compliance to international standards within the turnaround time
Interpret test results, prepare test reports as well as perform other related administrative wor

Required Experience/Skills Detail

A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines
College or university degree relating to mechanic, electrical, technologies or its equivalent
Teamwork and cooperation.
Result and service- oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication skills
English Communication with B level or its equivalent
Experience in furniture testing and knowledge of ISO17025 Quality Management System are advantageous
