Lab Technician

· Perform inspection / sample drawing / loading supervision services at customer side on requirement.
· Hand over samples to customer and or supplier includes related document.
· Set up and perform all kinds of test includes preparing related document.
· Ensure proper documentation according to ISO17025 and ISO 9001 and support QM team members in setting up and maintaining the quality systems.
· Arrange maintenance and calibration of test machines, equipment and other laboratory facilities as well as ensure the availability of required equipment and tools for testing.
· Prepare pre- information, test reports and or inspection report in time.
· Inform test results and provide necessary technical information to supervisor and or project team members.
· Prepare other technical document includes quality management (“QM”) document, checklists and related reports.
· Ensure laboratory is always tidy and neat.
· Prepare the test site or carry out other technical preparation activities for testing includes receiving samples, checking completeness and assembly, taking pictures and dimensions.

· Basic knowledge of ISO requirements procedures.
· At least 1 years of experience in chemical and or physical testing.
· Good knowledge of pneumatic, measuring technique, testing control systems.
· Good knowledge of standards, legal and customer requirements.
· Prefer male for this position.
· Fair command of both spoken and written English, MS office.
· Experience at working both independently and in a team- oriented.
