Laboratory Specialist (Chuyên Viên P. Thí Nghiệm)

Analysis and interpretation of tests’ results to check if specifications meet the goal and modify consequently the specifications’ documents, providing feedback to R&D department to guarantee synergy among technical competencies.
Improve and sustaining work environment by involving in common department activities: 5S, layout, maintenance.
Get involved in all product development projects, ensure the execution of the daily activities being in line with Company aims. In particular, the employee needs to be able to plan, manage, and perform test being very precise and meticulous in the documentation/report creation and storage.
Implement and complete the test procedure (Production tests, Quality tests, Product development tests, National performance tests and products certification) as well supporting the other Group Laboratories and all the R&D activities.
Involve in product certification activities.
Supplement, sustain, maintain equipment and facilities.

Prefer the candidate working in laboratory of water heater
Good at English
Relationship with External Lab/ Entity Bodies
Familiar with UNI EN ISO/IEC 17025 is an advantage
Bachelor degree on electrical and mechanical (Electrical is preferable), at least 2 year experience.
Good at analytical, organization, and planning skills
Knowledge of the Laboratory equipment and their maintenance
