Laboratory Supervisor

- Contacting to supplier to solve the quality issue of raw material.
- Other tasks required by HOD.
- Participating in required Group projects.
- Creating and modification of the SAP Materials Master of the products manufactured by the production plant.
- Registering and controlling IMDS according to customer require
- Complying with housekeeping requirements, quality, safety and environmental requirements.
- Analyzing the reliability and consistency of the results obtained, to avoid transcribing errors / inconsistencies / excessive variability that may have been committed during the tests.
- Participating in the preparing of the Control Plan: Lead in the adaptation of the control plans coming from HQ, adapting them to the customers’ requirement and to the Lab equipment.
- Managing the laboratory tasks (PS).
- Proactive management and supervision of subcontracted External Laboratories
- Complying with the required order and cleanliness, safety and environmental requirements.
- Monitoring and verifying of laboratory equipment ‘s calibration plan.
- Analyzing and mastering of customer norms, STDs (OEM and different Tier level) and legal requirements, defined by HQ Quality Projects Engineering.
- Preparing and adjusting the procedures and work instructions for laboratory equipment and suitable test methods.
- Preparing and monitoring PPAP of suppliers and customers.
- Saving and filing all records (test reports, certificate, etc...).
- Judging the results of laboratory tests and make suggestions to Supervisor or related Departments.

- Degree in Chemistry/ Industrial Engineering or similar
- Certificate of lab measurement equipment
- Analytic skills
- Oriented to teamwork and problem solving.
- Proficiency in English
- Proactive, ability to work in a team
- Internal Auditor Certificate IATF 16949 / ISO 9001
- Knowledge of Quality Core tools and Calibration
- Priority knows how to use laboratory equipment such as SOC, tensile strength, Voltage tester, oven, Vertical and Horizontal Flammability test, Abrasion tester...
- At least minimum 2 years as laboratory management
- Priority knowledge of international regulations in testing methodology (UNE- EN ISO, SAE, ASTM, etc.)
