JD sơ lược:
- Cung cấp hỗ trợ CNTT cho người dùng cuối. Khắc phục sự cố, định cấu hình và bảo trì tất cả các ứng dụng trong công ty.
- Tham gia với người dùng doanh nghiệp để hiểu nhu cầu của họ, phân tích yêu cầu và đưa ra các giải pháp giúp phát triển kinh doanh.
- Hỗ trợ người dùng cuối về các vấn đề liên quan đến phần cứng như sự cố máy tính, mạng, máy in,…
- Quản lý và hỗ trợ các ứng dụng của công ty và hệ thống phần mềm liên quan
JD chi tiết:
Infrastructure & System management
• Join Disaster Recovery Process.
• Create and maintain systems/services documentations, training programs/materials, operating manuals.
• Install and update company software and hardware as needed.
• Application Management: Actively participate in implementation, optimization and development of ERP/DMS and related software systems; Maintain, develop and enhance the efficiency of the system, by providing fix, new tools, and end- users training to meet company needs; Database Server administration and management; Manage IT Change Request, implement an approved Change request
• Gather and analyze user requirements, design, modify and maintain applications to meet business demands.
• End user training on IT policies/standards and procedures.
• Offer basic technical support to company staff computer, printer, network problems. Manage IT equipment.
Customer service
Daily support
Support users in all kinds of IT/IS activities, train users, solve all hardware related problems, detect viruses, consult all IT/IS related questions in order to optimize the efficiency of general office software, computer.
