Landscape Manager

Ensures contractors quality of work and compliance with safety policies and procedures.
Improve personnel management and business processes such as evaluation and fostering of all personnel in the department
Helps ensure regulatory compliance to facility regulations and safety standards.
Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
Always check/maintain the cleanliness of landscape of hotel and determine the maximum operating expenses for best customer service
Manages daily department operations, and is responsible for the department&039;s financial budget / enforcement responsibilities, employee satisfaction, and customer satisfaction.
Assists in evaluating and implementing new technologies, equipment and supplies.
Ensures compliance with all Grounds departmental policies, standards and procedures.
Analyzes information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems
Determines work priorities related to specific tasks such as fertilizing, irrigating, seeding, mowing, raking and spraying.
Ensures all lawns and plantings are properly watered, fertilized and cared for to promote healthy growth and prevent problems.
Helps maintain inventory of irrigation and other critical items.
Creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations.

• Required Skills
- Foreign Language ability: Explanation level
- Knowledge in accounting and financial analysis:Basic knowledge and practical application
- Manpower management skills and ability to run flexible schedules: In-house semi-professional
- An in-depth understanding of room-related operations (especially the H / K sector): In-house semi-professional
- Communication skills(Negotiation/Presentation/Speech/Listening): In-house semi-professional
• Qualifications
- 2-year college graduate and above
• Experiences
- At least 2-3 years experience at the same position
