Lập Trình Viên Backend

Show technical leadership and prove to be a role model for other team members.
Perform code reviews and establish good coding practices for self and team.
Interact with Compliance and domain experts to understand the technology risks and implement them as part of technical design.
Work with cross functional teams from product management, Leads, QA, Design and customers.
Design and Implement Web APIs considering service management aspects of orchestration, choreography, security, hosting and analytics.
Write quality code and unit test cases for the functionalities as part of product roadmap.
Take lead on new technology initiatives and build quick POCs.
Build and maintain a technology first culture by enforcing best coding standards, quality metrics and engineering metrics.

Basic Qualification
Bachelors/Masters in Engineering from a premier institute
Hands on experience on cloud and dockers
Experience with relational and non relational databases.
Total 2- 4 years of experience in software industry
Expert on Java, spring boot stack.
Experience of working with open source and PaaS
Passion for engineering and solving complex problems
Preferred Qualification
Prior experience of BPMN, Rule Engines, Credit risk assessment
Experience of working in an early stage startup and building things from scratch.
