Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation

Experienced to write API for SPA or mobile using Ruby On Rails
Experienced working as team leader
Experienced written Unit Tests using Rspec or Minitest
Knowledge to use some popular gems such as: Devise, byebug, faraday, jwt...
Proficient in Git and project management tools as Jira/Backlog
At least 4 year of experience with Ruby or Ruby on Rails
Experienced in using and customizing Conventions over Configuration in ActiveRecord
Experience in handling Cache, job processing with Sidekiq, using Redis
Experience or willing to implement FE using ReactJS
Experience in Docker and AWS ECS
Experience in Japan web/app projects
