Working Location:
Vĩnh Trung, Thanh Khê, Đà Nẵng
Working hours:
Mon – Fri
– Morning: 8h – 12h
– Preference will be given to candidates who can work 8 hours a day (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM).
– Afternoon: 13h30 – 17h30

Job Description:
– We are looking for 01 receptionist who has responsible for providing visitor, secretarial and administrative support.
– The holder job will cover the following responsibilities:
– Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries;
– Assist or direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions;
– Assist the management and other staff as requested;
– Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls;
– Maintain security by following procedures;
– Purchasing monthly necessary items such as pantry stuff, cleaners chemicals, toilet paper;
– Perform other related duties as requested.

Job Requirements:
– Excellent and effective communication skills;
– Be responsible, trustworthy, careful and organized;
– Eager to learn, detail- oriented and supportive attitude;
– Knowledge of email, MS Office;
– Able to speaking and writing in English;
